Luxury 2-Bedroom Beachfront Condo on the 3rd floor of tower 4 at Long Beach Resort. You will not believe the beautiful view from our spacious balcony. The beach is right below and the blue waters of the Gulf are always beckoning! The beautiful Floridian interior décor is guaranteed to please.

- 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath Condo; 1,350 sq. ft.; King bed in master suite with private bath (garden tub); 2-Queen beds in guest bedroom with private bath (garden tub). Both bedrooms have private access to outside balcony.
- Sleeps 8 (1 king, 2 queens, sofa sleeper).
- Bath has double vanity and custom marble tub.
- Walk-in closets off of each bedroom.
- Full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, dishes, and cooking utensils provided.
- Linens provided - Just bring your swimsuit!
- Washer and dryer in laundry room.
- 3 Phones, 3 Cable TVs, 3 VCRs, DVD Player, CD Player, and Stereo.
- Air-conditioning
- Balcony is accessible from both bedrooms and the living room, and is equipped with a high table and 4 chairs, 2 chaise lounge chairs, and a view you will not believe!!!
- Living area is spacious and well decorated. The attached dining area seats 6 and has a breakfast bar that seats 3.
- Pets NOT allowed.
- Non-smoking unit.
- We DO NOT rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age.
